Finding millennials who are minorities at the Republican National Convention is similar to playing a game of Where's Waldo? You're probably not surprised to hear this, though, if you saw Paul Ryan's selfie with GOP interns that went viral for its lack of diversity. At the GOP's big week in Cleveland, young minorities discussed how they felt about being an anomaly among throngs of mostly older white people — and while some saw it as an opportunity, others said it was a major sign things needed to change within the party. It also made some feel downright uncomfortable.
It's gonna hurt, and it's gonna break her heart, but much less so than waiting until you've both committed to each other and start discussing your future together. I only hate one thing in the planet, and that's the Mormon church. This woman is a human being, not a caricature of a TBM. She's told me the church is one of the most important things to her, but from what I've researched already there's no way I would subject my future children to this culture. She may have served a mission as an ultimatum to herself. I don't think it's going overboard, though, to state one very possible and very likely scenario, and that is that this girl may likely be completely indoctrinated and believing. And if you do belong to a ward full of cretins, you must do everyone a favor and just ignore them until they go extinct.
